Why have a food page? Because food is crucial to good health. To be blunt we are what we eat!If you grow your own then food becomes more important to you. It has a value that has been hidden by fast food outlets and the convenience of supermarkets. Food is crucial to health and well bing; it deserves to be valued and enjoyed.
The emphasis here is on vegetarian food. Veggie food is not as dull and boring as it is often made out to be, it may take a bit more planning and longer to prepare but it is delicious! If you want
a quick meal try the Chick Pea Surprise recipe in the redipies section. It’s cheap, quick and easy to make and tastes good too.
Have a go at not eating meat, take an interest in your food and get away from the tired old British meat and two veg diet. Have a look at the US Meatlessmonday site for inspiration and support. You might even like veggie food!
